1. Conclusion of the Rental Agreement
With booking, the guest gives the landlord a binding order to conclude the rental agreement. The rental agreement becomes binding for both parties once the landlord has confirmed the booking with price, arrival, and departure dates in writing.

If you notice any discrepancies with your booking or booking request, immediate renegotiation is necessary.

2. Payment
The deposit is due within 14 days of booking. Please transfer the remaining amount up to 2 weeks before arrival. If the times overlap with your arrival, we ask you to transfer the total amount before your vacation.

The booking is confirmed through the deposit. Please provide your booking number as a reference.

3. Cancellation
The guest can withdraw from the contract before the rental start by written declaration at any time. The withdrawal becomes effective upon receipt of the declaration at our house.

The following cancellation fees apply:

For a cancellation up to 21 days before the rental start, 0% of the apartment rental price will be charged.
For a cancellation up to 14 days before the rental start, 50% of the apartment rental price will be charged.
For a cancellation up to 0 days before the rental start, 80% of the apartment rental price will be charged.
For late arrival and/or early departure, the full agreed stay price must be paid.
Regarding a cancellation, we offer travel cancellation insurance. Typically, the guest receives the booking confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail directly contains a link to conclude travel cancellation insurance.

The aforementioned fees are independent of a rental of the apartment by us on the vacant days.

4. Special Notes
The contractual service of the landlord is based on the information in our digital guest map and our website. Minor deviations, also due to seasonal conditions, are possible.

The guest's contractual obligations consist of the careful and gentle use of the holiday apartments during the rental period and the full payment of incurred costs. The landlord can provide the guest with an adequate replacement accommodation. Any additional costs for the replacement accommodation are borne by the landlord.

For damages to the apartment and inventory incurred during the rental period, the guest is liable, including damages caused by third parties. Such damages must be reported immediately. Bringing dogs is allowed in apartments 5, 9, 10, and 11.

5. Check-in and Check-out Time
We guarantee access to the apartment no later than 4 PM. On the day of departure, we request that the apartment is vacated by 10 AM. A late check-out is possible upon request and availability.
